At the moment, our app will automatically send the email for your customer after you order product if you set it up.

To do it, just simply go to Settings > General Settings > Enable option “Send notification to customer about order fulfillment”.

Beside that, you can put the tracking code number website where you usually use for shipping your product to your customer in the the red box.

These website may be:
https://www.aftership.com/couriers/china-ems, https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/
http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml
https://shopsnorerelief.aftership.com
