At the moment, our server sometimes isn’t consistent so it might be affected to your backend and your amount of products somehow.
There is some problems such as:
- CASE 1: There is no products in Manage Review Tab (Empty dashboard).
- CASE 2: Can not find out some new products that you just imported (Missing products).
*** SOLUTION FOR CASE 1 & CASE 2:
Simply manually sync all products with this link:
- CASE 3: Sometimes, products are deleted on Shopify store, but still show on our dashboard.
*** SOLUTION FOR CASE 3:
Please help us to create a staff account to email: firstname.lastname@example.org for us to login and update dashboard. Make sure to give us Products, Apps, and Theme access permission, then notice us on by a message.
