For this function to be worked, kindly help me to check these steps first:

  • Go to our app Dashboard > Orders List > Orders Settings

Then you can simply see there is Shipping method option for you to choose > in this part, kindly help me to choose "NONE"

After chose it already, you should Save this settings > Then it will be applied on your new-coming-up orders

Why you should choose "NONE"? - Because for those orders without the shipping method you have set in default, this option will help you to choose the shipping manually during the FULFILLMENT and it's really helpful.

I suggest that you should switch to this option for your Shipping Method.
