At the moment, our server sometimes isn’t consistent, so it might affect to your back-end and your amount of products somehow.
There are some problems such as:
- CASE 1: There is no products in Manage Review Tab (Empty dashboard).
- CASE 2: Can not find out some new products that you just imported (Missing products).

Simply manually sync all products with this link:
- CASE 3: Sometimes, products are deleted on Shopify store, but still show on our dashboard.
