If you go to Currency menu in the app, and the below message shows
That is because your store default currency does not include in the list of currencies supported by Transcy.
We're in progress to research, and will add more other currencies in supported list in the near release, so please help me stay tuned.
How to change store default currency
You can simply go to
Shopify admin > Settings > General.
In Store currency section, you can change to the currency as you want if your store hasn't made any sales yet.
Otherwise currency is locked, and can't be changed. You will see a message from Shopify like below. In this situation, you have to contact Shopify support if you still want to change your currency.
