Email Count is located in Email campaign --> Statistic, coming with new Email feature. It will be displayed when there has email sent, no matter option "Start Email Schedule" is On or Off in Email Setting.

There is a filter in the right side which will help you to understand how emails are performing in the last 7/30/90 days.

Total Sent: Total email which has been sent
Delivered: Total email which has been completely sent
Opened: Number of recipients that opened the email any number of times.
Clicked: Total number of times tracked links were clicked by recipients. This count includes multiple clicks from individual recipients
Feedback: Number of feedback filled in by recipients.
