There were few customers reported this issue to us, and we do understand that this is highly confusing yourself since Reviews Pops is a long-awaited Premium function.
First, please check below 3 important points that might help you to solve this problem.
1. Make sure that you upgraded to our latest version, 5.0 that includes Reviews Pops function.
If you have NOT upgraded, you are going to see the following screenshot, otherwise you should have Reviews Pops function already:
2. Make sure that you upgraded to our latest New Review Box setting which will help Reviews Pops work properly.
If you have NOT upgraded, you are going to see the following screenshot, otherwise you are in latest setting already:
3. Make sure that there is at least a review matches filter(s) you set in Conditions to Show tab. Otherwise, no review is matched, and Reviews Pops has nothing to show which may lead you to think that this function does not work properly.
For example, all your reviews do not contain photo, but in Photo Options, you only tick on "With photo" option, as a result, no reviews is matched, and nothing to show in the end.
