For fixing this issue, you can simply follow these instructions:

In Windows settings:

First, locate the shortcut you use to launch Google Chrome—either on your taskbar, desktop, Start menu. Right-click it and select “Properties”.

  • Quit Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + q
  • Open the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application
  • Right click on “chrome.exe” and create shortcut (ignore this step if Google Chrome shortcut is available) to Desktop
  •  Right click on the shortcut you have just created, select “Properties” and choose “Shortcut” tab
  •  Add the following code to the end of the text in the Target box. Add the code as the same as the picture has been shown (it must have a space between Application\chrome.exe" and the code which we have provided)

--force-empty-corb-allowlist --enable-features=NetworkService --disable-features=BypassCorbOnlyForExtensionsAllowlist --enable-features=NetworkService

  • Click “OK” to save your changes after adding this option. Relaunch the above Chrome shortcut and import reviews.
  • After you have done all the steps above, close your current Chrome and open the with the Chrome Shortcut, that would be worked.

IF you are using MACBOOK/IMAC

  • Quit Google Chrome: Press ⌘ + q
  • Go to Applications > Utilities > Double and click Terminal.app: Press ⌘ + Space, type Terminal and Enter
  • Paste the following code and Enter

/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --force-empty-corb-allowlist --enable-features=NetworkService --disable-features=BypassCorbOnlyForExtensionsAllowlist --enable-features=NetworkService
