Our apps are using Shopify Payment system, we have to follow all Shopify payment policy. It has a policy that you are charged every time you uninstall and reinstall app although your billing cycle is valid. 

* SOLUTION:

Send “Refund Request” email to our email at support@fireapps.io. Email includes:

- Your Shopify store domain.

- Attach the proof of purchase associated with your account (billing screenshot).

We will check & get back to you with the solution within 2 working days.
